… and power!
We’ve been waiting for this day for weeks… months…. and it finally came. We are finally on the solar grid down here at The Plant! Chatham Electric turned the lights on first and then the outlets! ( I suspect that they think I’m a little bit crazy to be so positively giddy over lights! ) We can see what we’re doing in the high ceilinged rooms and vacuum up dirt without an extension cord! A certain someone worked her day job from the tap room, complete with internet and a computer not on battery power!
The plant is beautiful at night and we hope that bmc brewing adds to that when all the lights are on, the equipment is brewing, the fridge is cold, and the taps are pouring beer. We can’t wait to serve you… one pint at a time!
