We started talking to Deutsche Beverage Technologies over a year ago and they have been an integral part of the planning and designing of our brewing system. We dropped the order for the 7 barrel brewhouse system on August 7th and yesterday, 199 days later, it arrived in 2 large trucks to our unfinished brewery in Building 2 at The Plant. The weather was great this weekend, so of course it rained while these huge, heavy tanks were unloaded. Putting everything upright and in the right places is a deadly game of Tetris with forklifts.
